Stephen practises matrimonial law, helping people with pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, financial settlements, and to resolve arrangements for children (including international child abduction and relocation). Stephen also helps unmarried people dealing with property claims. As a member of Resolution, Stephen’s approach is to try to reduce animosity and to focus on relevant issues in a constructive fashion.
